About the role
As a Banking Consultant in ANZ's Retail Banking division, you will deliver seamless banking experiences to customers in the Norwest district. You will address end‑to‑end financial needs, promote digital solutions and act as a role model for excellent service.
Key responsibilities
- Drive higher customer engagement and advocacy through personalised service.
- Support and participate in bank programmes and initiatives.
- Maintain a thorough understanding of each customer’s risk profile.
- Ensure strict compliance with ANZ and branch policies.
- Provide high‑quality transaction services and product recommendations within accreditation limits.
- Coach peers and model best practices to enhance the overall branch experience.
Required profile
- Exceptional customer focus; retail banking experience is a plus.
- Comfortable using and promoting digital banking channels.
- Ability to multitask and adapt quickly to change.
- Collaborative mindset and willingness to work in a team environment.
- Strong understanding of compliance requirements.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
