About the role

Grill’d is expanding rapidly across Australia and needs energetic leaders to drive its fast‑casual dining experience. As an Assistant Restaurant Manager you will work side‑by‑side with the Restaurant Manager to motivate the team, ensure smooth operations and deliver memorable moments for guests.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and inspire a passionate team, supporting the Restaurant Manager in daily motivation and guidance.
• Participate hands‑on in all areas from grill to floor, ensuring shifts run efficiently and customers are satisfied.
• Maintain high standards of quality, safety and service to create consistent, epic dining experiences.
• Drive performance against sales targets, develop team members’ skills and celebrate achievements.
• Coach staff across all stations, fostering continuous improvement and career growth.

• Strong people‑first attitude with the ability to motivate and develop a diverse team.
• Hands‑on work style, comfortable being present on the floor and in the kitchen.
• Commitment to quality, safety and operational excellence.
• Goal‑oriented mindset with a focus on achieving sales and service targets.
