Housekeeping Attendant

About the role

As a Housekeeping Attendant at Mantra on Russell, you will ensure guest rooms are immaculate and welcoming, contributing to a memorable stay for visitors in Melbourne’s vibrant CBD.

Key responsibilities

• Thoroughly clean guest rooms, including changing linens, cleaning bathrooms, and wiping surfaces.
• Maintain and restock housekeeping trolleys, keeping them organized and fully equipped.
• Use cleaning materials safely and follow established safety protocols.
• Respect guest privacy and report any maintenance issues promptly.

Required profile

• Previous experience as a cleaner or room attendant is a plus.
• Warm, welcoming communication style with guests and team members.
• Strong eye for detail, efficient time management, and pride in work.
• Physical ability to navigate stairs and walk between rooms.
• Reliable transportation and flexibility to work varied shifts, including weekends and public holidays.

Required skills

• Basic knowledge of cleaning equipment and safety procedures.
