Accounts Receivable Administrator

About the role

AESTEC Services, a civil construction and maintenance company with long-term contracts across Gladstone's industrial sites, is looking for an Accounts Receivable Administrator. The role is based at the head office, with flexibility to work at QAL and Yarwun as needed; Gladstone locals are strongly encouraged to apply.

Key responsibilities

• Reconcile daily timesheets
• Generate and reconcile monthly claims
• Handle document control and data entry
• Book travel and manage fatigue management
• Assist with training and onboarding
• Support site managers and report on completions

Required profile

• Previous site-based admin experience
• Attention to detail and accuracy
• Good communication and teamwork skills
• Commitment to health and safety practices

Required skills

• Strong Excel skills
• Bonus: White/Blue Card (construction induction)
• Bonus: current QAL/BSL/RTAY Blue Medipass or willingness to obtain one
• Bonus: Track and SAP system knowledge
