Accounting Analyst – Relocation to Saudi Arabia

About the role

The Group Finance & Consulting Department (GF&CD) is looking for an Accounting Analyst to support senior management and board members across Saudi Aramco affiliates. The role involves providing expert financial, governance, and commercial advice, preparing board briefings, and ensuring alignment with Group governance standards.

Key responsibilities

• Provide objective financial and governance advice to senior management for decision‑making.
• Prepare and deliver briefings for Affiliate Board and committee meetings.
• Review board materials, coordinate stakeholder input, and produce insightful commentary.
• Oversee impairment analysis for a broad range of investments.
• Review Purchase Price Allocations of new acquisitions and liaise with internal and external parties.
• Coordinate subject‑matter experts to support affiliate matters.
• Support preparation of note disclosures for consolidated financial statements.
• Assist in setting up new affiliates, ensuring robust processes, policies, and controls.
• Perform financial analysis for due‑diligence projects.
• Mentor and coach team members; provide ad‑hoc support as required.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related discipline.
