Account Manager – Hospital Automation Solutions

About the role

The Account Manager will lead complex hospital automation and robotics projects, helping pharmacy departments across Australia and New Zealand transform medication workflows. Based in Sydney, Melbourne or Brisbane, you will work with a small team to drive adoption of BD Rowa Hospital Automation Solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Drive capital equipment sales across the BD Rowa Hospital portfolio and manage end‑to‑end project cycles from prospecting to implementation.
• Develop and execute strategic growth plans, identify new opportunities, and build relationships with pharmacy leaders, hospital executives and project stakeholders.
• Conduct workflow assessments, deliver solution presentations, and create business case proposals with ROI analysis.
• Navigate long capital approval processes and collaborate closely with Project Management, Service, Clinical and Marketing teams.

Required profile

• Proven success selling capital equipment, automation systems or complex technology solutions with long, multi‑stakeholder sales cycles.
• Strong business development capability, experience creating financial business cases and influencing investment decisions.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills with senior decision‑makers in hospital environments.
