Territory Manager – Vascular Access & Medication Delivery

About the role

Join a global leader in medical technology and drive adoption of BD’s Vascular Access and Medication Delivery Solutions across hospitals in the VIC West & TAS region. You will manage a dynamic territory, build strong clinician partnerships, and deliver education that improves patient outcomes.

Key responsibilities

• Promote and sell BD’s vascular access and medication delivery portfolio to hospitals.
• Provide in‑service training, product demonstrations and education to clinicians.
• Develop and maintain relationships with key decision‑makers and clinicians.
• Identify new business opportunities, expand market share and monitor competitor activity.
• Attend conferences and industry events to stay informed on clinical trends.

Required profile

• Clinical background in nursing or a desire to transition from clinical to commercial medical sales.
• Strong understanding of the Australian healthcare market and customer dynamics.
• Self‑motivated, results‑oriented and able to work independently as well as collaboratively.
• Valid Australian driver’s licence and willingness to travel within the territory.

• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently.
