About the role

As a Guest Experience Expert at Sheraton Grand Mirage Resort Gold Coast you will be the primary point of contact for guests throughout their stay, ensuring every interaction feels personal and memorable. The role combines front‑of‑house service with operational support, allowing you to move freely across the property to meet guest needs.

Key responsibilities

• Greet guests, assist with check‑in and check‑out, and provide information about hotel facilities and local attractions.
• Process operational requests such as room changes, amenity deliveries, and incident reports.
• Respond promptly to guest inquiries and resolve issues to maintain high satisfaction levels.
• Complete daily reports and documentation related to guest interactions.
• Move throughout the resort, standing, walking, and handling items up to 10 lb without assistance.

Required profile

• High school diploma or equivalent (GED).
• No prior work experience required.
• Ability to work flexible part‑time hours and remain on your feet for extended periods.
• Commitment to safety, confidentiality, and professional appearance.
