About the role

Join the vibrant team at Oaks Melbourne on Market Hotel as a Guest Service Agent. You will be the first point of contact for guests, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere and smooth experiences throughout their stay.

Key responsibilities

• Provide a warm and friendly reception to guests, managing efficient check‑in and check‑out processes.
• Communicate clearly with guests, colleagues, and stakeholders via in‑person, phone, and email.
• Process reservations, updates, and special requests using property management systems.
• Act as the primary point of contact during guests’ stay, offering assistance, resolving issues, and delivering personalized recommendations.
• Maintain accurate records and ensure seamless scheduling and room availability.

Required profile

• Proven experience delivering high‑quality service in a hotel, hospitality, or customer‑facing environment.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proactive, positive attitude with a strong focus on guest satisfaction.
• Professional appearance and polished presentation.

Required skills

• Proficiency with property management systems.
