About the role

Pullman Magenta Shores, a 5‑star beachside resort on the NSW Central Coast, is hiring for a range of hospitality positions. Join a dynamic team delivering exceptional guest experiences across housekeeping, spa, and food & beverage services.

Key responsibilities

• Room Attendant – maintain spotless guest rooms, attend to guest requests and ensure a welcoming environment.
• Public Area Cleaner – keep shared spaces such as lobbies and corridors clean and presentable.
• Housekeeping Supervisor – lead the housekeeping team, monitor standards and coordinate daily operations.
• Spa Therapist – provide personalised beauty and massage treatments, ensuring guest relaxation and well‑being.
• Food & Beverage Attendant – serve guests in restaurant and bar areas, maintaining high service standards.

Required profile

• Previous experience in cleaning, housekeeping, supervisory or spa therapy roles as relevant to the position.
• Strong attention to detail, time‑management and communication abilities.
• Physical fitness and adaptability to work across various areas of the resort.
• Team spirit, reliability and flexibility to work weekends and public holidays.
