Customer Service & Guest Concierge Team Member

About the role

As a Concierge/Customer Service Team Member you will be the first point of contact for visitors at the Rouse Hill Town Centre. You will create welcoming first impressions, answer queries, and resolve issues to ensure a memorable guest experience.

Key responsibilities

• Greet and assist all visitors at the customer service desk with a helpful attitude.
• Provide accurate information, directions and respond to special requests.
• Anticipate customer needs and resolve complaints promptly.
• Maintain a clean, organized and professional service area.
• Collaborate with team members to meet service standards.

Required profile

• Impeccable presentation and grooming.
• Positive, enthusiastic personality with strong composure in a fast‑paced environment.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Flexible availability across a 7‑day week, including public holidays.
• Prior customer‑facing experience in hospitality, retail or concierge preferred.
• Physically fit to stand for long periods and follow safe work practices.
• Valid work rights in Australia.
