Guest Service Agent – Full Time

About the role

We are seeking a full‑time Guest Service Agent for Oaks Melbourne on St Kilda Road. You will be the first point of contact for guests, ensuring a warm welcome and a seamless stay from check‑in to check‑out.

Key responsibilities

• Greet guests on arrival, manage efficient check‑in and check‑out procedures and respond to immediate inquiries.
• Communicate courteously with guests, colleagues and stakeholders via in‑person, phone and email.
• Process reservations, updates and special requests accurately using the property management system.
• Serve as the primary contact throughout the guest’s stay, providing assistance, resolving issues and offering personalised local recommendations.

Required profile

• Proven experience delivering high‑quality service in a hotel, hospitality or customer‑facing environment.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills across multiple channels.
• Proactive, positive attitude with a strong focus on exceeding guest expectations.
• Professional appearance and polished presentation.

Required skills

• Property Management System (PMS) operation.
