Front of House Officer – Ocean Beach Tourist Park (Casual)

About the role

We are seeking a friendly and enthusiastic Front of House Officer to join our team at Ocean Beach Tourist Park in Miami, Queensland. This casual position involves delivering exceptional guest service both face‑to‑face and over the phone, while supporting administrative and cleaning duties.

Key responsibilities

• Greet and assist park guests, handling enquiries in person and via telephone.
• Manage bookings using a computerised reservation system and process cash/EFTPOS transactions.
• Perform routine cleaning and maintain the front‑of‑house area to a high standard.
• Provide administrative support to the Park Managers, including paperwork and record keeping.
• Work a flexible 7‑day roster, including weekends, evenings and public holidays.

Required profile

• Friendly, enthusiastic and able to work in a team environment.
• Available to work across a 7‑day roster with short‑notice shifts.
• Current First Aid Level 2 and CPR certification.
• National Police Check and Working with Children Check (or equivalent) on onboarding.

Required skills

• Excellent customer service and professional telephone manner.
• Experience with computerised booking systems (e.g., RMS 9+).
• Basic computer literacy.
• Cash handling and EFTPOS transaction experience.
