About the role
As a Banking Consultant in ANZ’s Retail Banking division, you will deliver a seamless banking experience to customers in Geelong West. The role focuses on understanding each customer’s financial needs, providing advice, and promoting digital solutions while maintaining high service standards.
Key responsibilities
- Contribute to a significant uplift in customer engagement and advocacy, creating real customer value.
- Actively participate in and support bank programs and initiatives.
- Take responsibility to “know your customer” from a risk perspective.
- Ensure compliance with ANZ and branch policies and procedures.
Required profile
- Exceptional customer focus, with retail experience considered an advantage.
- Experience using and promoting technology and digital channels.
- Ability to multi‑task and adapt to change and ambiguity.
- Willingness to work collaboratively within a team.
- Sound understanding of compliance requirements.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
