About the role
Join Australia’s leading prestige beauty retailer as a Zone Manager for the Maxima North Lakes store. This part‑time role (22 hours per week) focuses on leading the team to deliver exceptional customer experiences and drive store performance.
Key responsibilities
- Support the Management Team in delivering outstanding customer service.
- Lead from the front, communicating clearly and upskilling the team.
- Engage and motivate staff to meet KPIs and uphold brand values.
Required profile
- Prior experience successfully leading large retail teams.
- A genuine passion for exceptional customer service and creating memorable moments.
- Confidence in providing feedback, coaching, and developing team members.
