About the role
Join Australia’s leading prestige beauty retailer as a Zone Manager for the Maxima Coomera store in Queensland. This part‑time role (30 hours per week) focuses on delivering exceptional customer experiences and leading a large retail team.
Key responsibilities
- Support the Management Team to deliver outstanding customer service in the store.
- Lead from the front, driving store success through strong communication and upskilling the team.
- Engage and motivate staff to meet KPIs and uphold company values.
Required profile
- Prior experience successfully leading large retail teams.
- Passion for exceptional customer service and creating memorable moments.
- Confidence in providing feedback to develop and coach team members.
- Availability to work late evenings and weekends.
