About the role
Join Australia’s leading prestige beauty retailer as a Store Manager on a fixed‑term secondment at the Cosmetica Indooroopilly store. You will lead the team to deliver seamless, memorable customer experiences while driving store performance.
Key responsibilities
- Oversee daily store operations to ensure smooth service delivery.
- Build and develop a high‑performing team through training, mentoring and regular feedback.
- Motivate staff to meet KPIs and uphold MECCA’s values.
Required profile
- Minimum 3 years’ experience managing a large‑format retail environment.
- Proven ability to coach, mentor and develop team members.
- Strong relationship‑building skills and a make‑it‑happen mindset.
