Wellness Doctor / Integrative GP – Luxury Wellness Centre

About the role

Join the founding clinical team of an ultra‑luxury wellness destination in Sydney’s Eastern Suburbs. As a Wellness Doctor / Integrative GP you will provide comprehensive, preventative care to a discerning membership, helping individuals optimise health, performance and longevity.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive health assessments and preventative screenings.
• Develop personalised treatment and wellness plans.
• Manage lifestyle‑related health concerns such as fatigue, stress, hormonal and digestive health, chronic disease prevention and healthy ageing.
• Provide evidence‑based guidance on nutrition, lifestyle medicine and longevity.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams of medical, allied health, fitness, nutrition and recovery professionals.
• Deliver high‑quality, relationship‑focused consultations (2–3 per day).
• Contribute to innovative wellness programmes and clinical services.

Required profile

• Current unrestricted AHPRA registration as a Medical Practitioner.
• Interest or experience in integrative, lifestyle, functional or preventative medicine.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Collaborative, patient‑centred approach with a commitment to relationship‑led care.
