VR General Practitioner - Beerwah Family Clinic

About the role

ZH Doctors is seeking an experienced VR General Practitioner to join its established private billing clinic in Beerwah, Sunshine Coast. The clinic is GP-owned and non-corporate, with no corporate management or KPI pressure and full clinical and billing autonomy. It has an established patient base, 10 modern consulting rooms and 6 fully equipped treatment rooms, supported by experienced nurses and reception staff.

Key responsibilities

• Provide patient-centred care to the local community in a mixed billing practice with private and bulk-billing options.
• Supervise FSP registrars; 80% of billings for those who can supervise 3 registrars, 75% for those who can supervise 2.
• Work Monday to Friday, 8:00am to 5:00pm, with no evenings or weekends.

Required profile

• Unrestricted VR GP (suitable for GPs subject to the moratorium).
• Australian citizenship or permanent residency.
• Specialist registration as a General Practitioner with AHPRA.
• Proficiency in minor procedures and skin checks is a bonus.
