About the role
Lead a close‑knit team of veterinarians and nurses at Greencross Kawana Waters, providing high‑quality clinical care while mentoring the next generation of vets.
Key responsibilities
- Guide, mentor and shape a team of 5 vets and 6 nurses, including recent and new graduates.
- Run the clinic autonomously with support from an Area Manager and Regional Clinical Director.
- Maintain high standards of surgical and medical care using modern equipment.
Required profile
- Minimum 5 years of clinical veterinary experience.
- Strong surgical and/or medical skills and ability to mentor less‑experienced vets.
- Eligibility for veterinary registration in Australia.
