Graduate Speech Pathologist – 2027 Program

About the role

Start your speech pathology career with structured supervision, hands‑on mentoring and a supportive multidisciplinary team. You will work with children and families in clinics, homes and schools across our Balcatta, Canning Vale and Jindalee locations.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct initial appointments, build rapport with families and plan therapy journeys.
• Deliver fun, creative therapy sessions in clinic spaces and community settings.
• Collaborate with schools, families and other stakeholders to ensure a coordinated approach.
• Review progress, plan next steps and support transitions for children reaching goals.

Required profile

• Newly graduated or soon‑to‑graduate Speech Pathologist.
• Curious, compassionate and people‑focused with strong communication skills.
• Holder of a current driver’s licence and access to a reliable vehicle.

Required skills

• Ability to conduct assessments and deliver therapy to children.
• Proficiency in using assessment tools and resources provided by the clinic.
