Senior Market Access Manager – 12‑Month Fixed‑Term

About the role

The Senior Market Access Manager leads market access, pricing, and reimbursement strategies for Biogen products across Australia and New Zealand. Reporting to the Head of Market Access ANZ, the role works cross‑functionally to secure optimal reimbursement outcomes and support business growth.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and lead reimbursement submissions to PBAC, MSAC, PHARMAC and other funding bodies, managing budgets and timelines.
• Develop evidence plans, including real‑world evidence, and integrate patient input to meet HTA expectations.
• Provide strategic pricing advice, manage pricing processes, and support business development activities.
• Monitor policy changes, anticipate market‑access dynamics, and shape lifecycle access strategies for reimbursed products.

Required profile

• 5+ years of biotech/pharma experience in pricing or reimbursement roles.
• Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s in epidemiology, public health, health economics or related field strongly preferred.
• Demonstrated understanding of Evidence‑Based Medicine and Health Technology Assessment principles.
