Treasury & Finance Officer

About the role

We are looking for a proactive and detail‑oriented Treasury & Finance Officer to join our fast‑moving finance team. The role supports banking, treasury and overall financial operations, ensuring accurate records, effective cash utilisation and strong internal controls.

Key responsibilities

• Manage bank accounts, including opening, closing and renewal processes.
• Negotiate credit terms with banks, coordinate bank guarantees and corporate credit facilities.
• Oversee company card usage and maintain secure bank records.
• Process daily cash collections and payments, review payment requests and maintain supplier payment records.
• Track and reconcile franchisee payments and landlord fit‑out contributions.
• Perform monthly closing of bank‑related financials and reconciliations.
• Prepare cash‑flow reports, budgets and funding plans; analyse variances and recommend adjustments.
• Monitor foreign‑exchange rates, assist with settlements and identify ways to minimise exchange losses.
• Conduct random store cash spot checks and annual fixed‑asset inventories.
• Assist in drafting store cash‑management procedures and expense‑reimbursement policies.
• Analyse weekly and monthly sales performance against budgets and forecasts.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Accounting, Finance or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in finance, treasury or accounting.
• Retail industry experience or experience in a fast‑paced environment is highly desirable.
• Proficiency in Mandarin is highly regarded.
• Strong analytical mindset with high attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
