Trade Team Leader – Full Time

About the role

Trade Team Leaders at Repco provide front‑line technical support and product advice to trade customers, drawing on strong automotive and mechanical knowledge. This full‑time position is based in Port Hedland and offers a pathway to move off the shop floor into leadership.

Key responsibilities

• Lead a team of Drivers and Parts Interpreters, focusing on coaching and development.
• Coordinate driver delivery schedules and assist with occasional deliveries.
• Provide exceptional customer service by handling technical and sales enquiries.
• Maintain a safety‑first mindset and ensure a safe work environment.

Required profile

• Availability to work alternating weekends.
• Valid driver’s licence (manual preferred) for occasional deliveries.
• Physical ability to lift, bend, climb and drive safely.

Required skills

• Mechanical and automotive parts knowledge.
• Sound computer skills.
