Territory Manager – Orthopaedic Instruments

About the role

Join Stryker’s Orthopaedic Instruments division in Perth as a Territory Manager. You will own and grow a portfolio of cutting‑edge power tools, surgical equipment, and digital technologies, working closely with surgeons, nurses, and hospital staff.

Key responsibilities

• Drive sales growth and increase market share by meeting territory targets.
• Build trusted relationships with orthopaedic surgeons and hospital stakeholders.
• Provide in‑theatre product support and expertise during procedures.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure exceptional service for accounts.
• Identify new business opportunities and partner with other Stryker divisions.

Required profile

• 3+ years of B2B sales experience with a proven track record of achieving targets.
• Customer‑centric mindset and strong commercial acumen.
• Ability to analyse data and trends for planning and forecasting.
• Excellent negotiation, presentation and communication skills.
• Experience developing financial solutions to meet customer needs.

Required skills

• Experience selling medical devices or related health‑industry products.
• Understanding of both public and private hospital sectors.
