Tender Presenter Team Leader

About the role

Sherridon Homes, part of the Mirrastone Group, is looking for an experienced, commercially minded Tender Presenter Team Leader to build and develop its Tender Presentation function. The role starts hands-on, working directly with clients on Greenfields and Knockdown Rebuild projects, and grows into mentoring and managing a team of Tender Presenters. It suits people with a strong residential building or new home sales background who want a broader, leadership-focused role.

Key responsibilities

• Present tenders, working drawings, specifications and inclusions to clients
• Manage Greenfields and Knockdown Rebuild customers and guide them through tender, design and pre-construction
• Explain pricing, site costs, variations, upgrades and design outcomes clearly
• Coordinate with Sales, Drafting and Estimating and review drawings, pricing and documentation before contract preparation
• Guide customers through the HIA contract signing process and identify issues early
• Help set processes and standards, then build, mentor and lead a team of Tender Presenters

Required profile

• Strong residential building knowledge and understanding of plans, pricing, variations, inclusions and site costs
• Confident presenting and communicating with clients, able to build trust quickly
• Commercial awareness, negotiation skills and ability to simplify complex building information
• Organised, able to manage multiple clients and priorities, and takes ownership of problems
• Ability to work across Sales, Drafting, Estimating and Operations
• Experience in Greenfields and/or Knockdown Rebuild is highly regarded
• Unrestricted Australian working rights and availability for an in-person interview
