Masters Draftsperson

About the role

Mirrastone is seeking an experienced Masters Draftsperson to lead the creation and improvement of master drawings for its residential building brands. This senior, full‑time position is based in Derrimut, VIC, with the opportunity to work one day per week from home.

Key responsibilities

• Review, refine and maintain master drawings, including façades, construction details and stair designs.
• Support the transition from AutoCAD to Revit across detached and semi‑detached projects.
• Ensure all documentation complies with NCC 2022, SLHC and ResCode standards.
• Identify inconsistencies early and create smarter, more efficient documentation.

Required profile

• Proven senior‑level experience in volume residential building drafting within Victoria.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to spot issues that others may miss.
• Unrestricted Australian working rights and availability for an in‑person interview.

Required skills

• Advanced proficiency in AutoCAD.
• Advanced proficiency in Revit.
