Senior BOQ Estimator

About the role

Mirrastone, the largest residential builder in Victoria, is looking for a Senior BOQ Estimator to join its Derrimut office. You will be the key expert on Bills of Quantities (BOQ) and pricing, supporting both Sales and Production Estimating teams while managing risks before construction.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain and update Master BOQs across all brands and ranges.
• Create, price and maintain VPB items, Minibills for Sales and Production Estimating, and Facade Minibills.
• Develop and manage Design Option pricing and Retail Pricing structures.
• Support rollout of new ranges, specifications, promotions and pricing updates.
• Act as the primary BOQ reference point, identifying and mitigating estimating risks before construction.

Required profile

• Proven experience in residential construction estimating.
• Strong understanding of Bills of Quantities and pricing structures.
• High attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to work with both Sales and Production Estimating workflows.

Required skills

• Advanced Excel proficiency.
• Experience with estimating software/systems.
• Familiarity with VPB, design options, display and retail pricing processes.
