About the role
Join a growing technology recruitment team in Perth, focusing on Data, Analytics, AI and Cyber roles. This position is ideal for an experienced 360 recruiter or a strong junior recruiter/salesperson looking for a career move and a new lifestyle.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and maintain client relationships, winning new business in the data and technology sector.
- Manage end‑to‑end (360) recruitment processes, from sourcing to placement.
Required profile
- Minimum 2 years of 360 recruitment experience.
- Confident, consultative, relationship‑led approach to client and candidate interactions.
What we offer
- Competitive salary AUD 80,000–100,000 per year (including superannuation).
- Commission structure and flexible package based on experience.
- Visa sponsorship and relocation assistance for eligible candidates.
- Office based in Perth CBD with WFH Wednesdays and early finish on Fridays.
