Talent Acquisition Advisor – 24‑Month Fixed‑Term

About the role

As a Talent Acquisition Advisor you will partner with people leaders to manage end‑to‑end recruitment for a high‑volume portfolio of call‑centre, sales and field‑based roles. You will combine hands‑on delivery with strategic sourcing to build sustainable talent pipelines.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for multiple high‑volume vacancies, ensuring a responsive candidate and stakeholder experience.
• Develop and execute sourcing strategies, build candidate pipelines and maintain talent pools for recurring roles.
• Provide practical recruitment advice, selection tools and structured assessment approaches to senior leaders.
• Use market insights and recruitment data to inform future workforce planning.

Required profile

• Minimum 4 years of end‑to‑end recruitment experience in a fast‑paced, high‑volume environment.
• Proven ability to engage senior stakeholders and understand workforce needs.
• Strategic mindset with experience building sourcing strategies and talent pools.
• Commitment to inclusive, bias‑aware hiring practices.

Required skills

• Proficiency with LinkedIn Recruiter and Seek Talent Search (or similar mapping tools).
• Experience analysing recruitment data and market insights.
• Strong candidate assessment capabilities, including behavioural interviewing.
