Crewing Coordinator

About the role

The Crewing Coordinator ensures that offshore operational units are consistently staffed with qualified personnel, maintaining accurate shift plans and HR records. This role acts as the primary point of contact for offshore employees, supporting crew changes, mobilisations, demobilisations and training scheduling while upholding safety and regulatory standards.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain continuous dialogue with rig management and HR advisory to ensure units are manned according to Noble Drilling requirements.
• Arrange short‑term or emergency crew coverage using internal talent or agency resources and facilitate internal transfers.
• Update shift plans and crew rosters in Excel or relevant HR systems and keep HR databases current.
• Collaborate with the training department for compliance checks and provide data for bookings.
• Provide timely payroll information, validate monthly reports and monitor absence registrations.
• Verify and approve invoices related to agency employees and manning costs.
• Prepare reports on absences, personnel costs and tax reporting for offshore rotators.

Required profile

• Bachelor‑level education or equivalent in a relevant field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar HR or crewing role.
• Excellent English communication skills (B2/C1 level).
• Strong service mindset, attention to detail and ability to work independently.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for roster and shift planning.
• Experience with HR systems such as Workday and related platforms.
