Employment Consultant – Support People with Disability

About the role

The Employment Consultant will work within the Inclusive Employment Australia Program to help participants with disability secure and sustain meaningful employment. The role involves servicing participants at the Noarlunga site and travelling to the Aldinga site.

Key responsibilities

• Identify suitable employment matches for participants and support them through the application and onboarding process.
• Boost participants' confidence by highlighting strengths and helping them overcome barriers.
• Develop creative solutions to employment challenges and advocate for inclusive hiring practices.
• Build and maintain partnerships with companies that value diversity and inclusion.
• Celebrate successful placements and provide ongoing support to ensure long‑term success.

Required profile

• Champion of diversity and inclusion, believing everyone deserves a chance to succeed.
• Natural connector with confidence in stakeholder communication.
• Innovative, solution‑focused, and able to create pathways to success.
• Compassionate and empathetic, driven to make a lasting positive impact.
• Experience in sales, retail, call centre, hospitality, consulting, business development, or administration is advantageous.
