Talent Acquisition Specialist

About the role

Minetek is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to support internal recruitment across a variety of technical and corporate functions. You will manage end‑to‑end hiring, from sourcing to offer coordination, working closely with the TA Manager and hiring managers.

Key responsibilities

• Sourcing and attracting candidates via LinkedIn, CRM databases and other channels.
• Partnering with managers to define role requirements and develop sourcing strategies.
• Managing the full recruitment cycle including screening, interviews, reference checks and offer coordination.
• Building talent pipelines for engineering, manufacturing, supply chain and corporate roles.
• Providing recruitment updates, candidate insights and market feedback.

Required profile

• 3+ years of recruitment experience, preferably internal talent acquisition.
• Proven ability to handle multiple vacancies across diverse functions in a fast‑paced environment.
• Strong stakeholder management, communication and organisational skills.
• Commercially minded with a focus on quality hires and candidate experience.

Required skills

• Proficiency in LinkedIn sourcing.
• Experience using CRM or ATS platforms for candidate management.
