Support Technician

About the role

Join First Focus, Australia’s leading MSP, as a Support Technician. You’ll work across desktop, server, firewall and cloud environments, providing hands‑on support both remotely and onsite.

Key responsibilities

• Resolve tickets involving Microsoft AD, Azure, M365 and Exchange.
• Troubleshoot desktops, servers, firewalls and network issues.
• Support cloud platforms such as Azure AD, Entra, Hyper‑V, Citrix and AWS.
• Participate in project deployments and on‑site client visits.
• Collaborate with senior engineers to keep environments clean and efficient.

Required profile

• Deep knowledge of Azure AD and on‑prem AD.
• Strong experience with Windows Server, Exchange and cloud platforms.
• Comfortable across the full stack, including desktops, firewalls and LAN/WAN.
• Proven experience with ticketing systems and excellent communication.
• Valid Australian driver’s licence and own vehicle for onsite work.
