Business Analyst - Digital Delivery

About the role

Reporting to the BA Practice Lead, the Business Analyst - Digital Delivery shapes ANZ's digital channel experience. You will be central to the Single Customer Front End (SCFE) program, which delivers a unified, seamless digital experience across channels. Working in cross-skilled Agile squads, you will act as the link between business and technology, collaborating with a wide range of stakeholders. The role is permanent, based at 839 Collins Street, Docklands VIC, with 40 hours per week.

Key responsibilities

• Translate strategic business needs into clear, actionable requirements through analytical thinking, commercial acumen and customer insight.
• Support end-to-end delivery while embedding governance, risk awareness and operational controls into business analysis practice.
• Build trusted relationships with stakeholders and delivery teams through effective communication and active listening.
• Document business processes, rules, requirements, benefits, dependencies and risks for SCFE-related initiatives.
• Work closely with Product Owners, taking part in backlog grooming, options analysis and benefits realisation.

Required profile

• Experience as a Business Analyst supporting organisation-wide or end-to-end technology and business projects.
• Digital delivery experience, ideally on customer-facing platforms or single customer view initiatives.
• Tertiary degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or a related field.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, Agile environment and influence outcomes across complex stakeholder groups.

Required skills

• Strong knowledge of Atlassian Jira and Confluence.
• Office 365.
• Process modelling tools such as Visio and draw.io.
