Supply Chain Lead

About the role

StrangeLove is seeking a Supply Chain Lead to own the end‑to‑end supply planning process for its beverage portfolio. You will ensure the right products are in the right place at the right time, working closely with co‑manufacturing partners, suppliers and internal teams.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain integrated supply plans aligned to forecast demand, production capacity and inventory targets.
• Manage inventory levels, replenishment priorities and service outcomes while balancing working capital requirements.
• Coordinate production schedules and capacity planning with a network of manufacturing partners.
• Maintain supplier relationships for ingredients and packaging to ensure continuity of supply.
• Support monthly forecasting cycles, translate demand into actionable supply plans and proactively mitigate supply risks.

Required profile

• Proactive, commercially minded supply chain professional with strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Experience in supply planning, production planning, inventory management or broader supply chain roles within FMCG, food, beverage or manufacturing environments.
• Comfortable making independent decisions, solving problems and driving continuous‑improvement initiatives.

Required skills

• Advanced Excel proficiency.
• Experience with ERP or inventory management systems; Cin7 Core experience is highly regarded.
• Strong analytical capability.
