Fuel Scheduler

About the role

Join Aggreko as a Fuel Scheduler based in Braeside, Melbourne. You will coordinate customer fuel requirements, ensuring timely deliveries and optimal service across events, mining operations and remote communities.

Key responsibilities

• Manage customer refuelling needs, calculate usage, monitor levels and schedule deliveries.
• Coordinate fueling for hire equipment, handle fuel drainage before collection, and liaise with external fuel suppliers.
• Collaborate with internal teams for route and activity planning, and manage fuel vendors with a safety focus.
• Process purchase orders and ensure accurate fuel charge re‑billing to customers.

Required profile

• Approximately 3 years of experience in scheduling, workforce planning, transport or related roles.
• Strong communication, organisational skills and ability to thrive in a fast‑paced environment.
• Customer‑focused mindset with problem‑solving abilities.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
• Experience using ERP systems.
