About the role
Join Assurant's Device Care Centre in Auburn as a casual Warehouse Team Member. You will work in a fast‑paced environment handling mobile devices and electronics, supporting trade‑in programs and preparing devices for reuse.
Key responsibilities
- Diagnose, perform quality checks and data wipe on mobile devices.
- Configure and customise devices using internal systems.
- Label, document, verify, and prepare stock and shipments for dispatch.
- Meet productivity targets while maintaining quality standards.
- Support stock handling, stocktakes and general warehouse tasks.
- Maintain a clean and safe working environment.
Required profile
- Availability Monday‑Friday, 7:00 am – 3:00 pm.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow processes.
- Comfortable working in a target‑driven, fast‑paced environment.
- Able to stand for extended periods and handle stock safely.
Required skills
- Basic computer skills and ability to use multiple systems.
- Experience with mobile devices or repairs (advantageous).
- Previous warehouse or device handling experience (preferred).
