Supply Chain Coordinator

About the role

Exciting opportunity to join Universal Field Robots as a Supply Chain Coordinator, overseeing end‑to‑end supply chain management for the Brisbane production facility and its global network. Reporting to senior leadership, you will drive efficiency, reduce stock discrepancies and support engineering teams to improve project delivery and profitability.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain systems to ensure component availability while controlling cost and capital investment.
• Lead project teams, providing clear direction, support and guidance.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to align projects with business objectives and customer needs.
• Identify and implement process improvements for parts and logistics, applying best‑practice and continuous‑improvement initiatives.
• Manage risks by identifying potential issues, creating contingency plans and mitigating project challenges.
• Maintain accurate project documentation, progress reports and status updates for transparent stakeholder communication.

Required profile

• Proven experience in end‑to‑end supply chain management, component sourcing, purchasing, inventory control and global logistics.
• Strong understanding of engineering principles and ability to work in dynamic, fast‑paced environments.
• Demonstrated capability to lead cross‑functional teams, manage complex dependencies and communicate clearly with stakeholders.
• Proactive problem‑solver with a continuous‑improvement mindset.
