Customer Consultant

About the role

Bosch is seeking a proactive Customer Consultant to manage the end‑to‑end customer supply‑chain experience for its Mobility Aftermarket division in Clayton. You will act as the primary interface between customers and internal teams, ensuring orders are fulfilled efficiently and issues are resolved quickly.

Key responsibilities

• Manage customer order fulfillment, deliveries, claims and returns while meeting KPI targets such as Customer Backlog and Service Level.
• Own the customer lifecycle from onboarding through off‑boarding, handling enquiries, order blocks and escalations.
• Identify supply constraints, implement mitigation strategies and optimise logistics parameters (load, lead time, MOQ, stocking policy).
• Process claims, credit/debit notes and goodwill returns, and provide accurate supply information to customers and sales teams.
• Support implementation of IT interfaces (DXF, EDI, API, CMP, MARK) and contribute to continuous‑improvement initiatives.

Required profile

• Proven experience in customer service, order management, supply chain or logistics.
• Strong stakeholder management and ability to resolve complex issues.
• Analytical mindset with a focus on continuous improvement.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Australian citizenship or work rights.
