Logistics Coordinator – Laboratory Automation

About the role

Brooks Automation is expanding its Laboratory Automation Solutions business and seeks a Logistics Coordinator to support the delivery of laboratory automation products. In this position you will manage order processing, shipping, and inventory activities to ensure timely and accurate fulfillment for customers worldwide.

Key responsibilities

• Pick, label, pack, wrap and dispatch orders across the product range.
• Process shipment transactions and maintain accurate records in Oracle ERP.
• Prepare and manage shipping documentation for domestic and international deliveries.
• Book freight through carrier portals, coordinate with freight providers and source quotations.
• Load and unload incoming and outgoing shipments safely and efficiently.
• Support urgent customer shipments in collaboration with the Customer Solutions Group.
• Participate in cycle counts, stocktakes and inventory control activities, investigating discrepancies.
• Maintain a safe, clean and organised warehouse environment while complying with ISO 13485 standards.

Required profile

• Strong organisational and time‑management abilities with a focus on accuracy.
• Customer‑focused mindset and ability to meet deadlines.
• Willingness to obtain or hold a forklift licence.
• Ability to lift and move products safely in a warehouse setting.

Required skills

• Oracle ERP (or similar ERP system) usage.
• Proficiency with MS Office applications.
• Experience with freight carrier platforms such as DHL, FedEx or UPS.
• Forklift operation (license or training).
