About the role
Ingérop is seeking a qualified Structural Engineer to join its expanding team in Sydney, working on major infrastructure projects across Australia and overseas.
Key responsibilities
- Lead structural design and analysis assignments using international standards and design software.
- Coordinate design efforts with multidisciplinary teams and external consultants.
- Monitor staff time, budgets and ensure compliance with company procedures and health & safety policies.
Required profile
- Degree‑qualified civil engineer with hands‑on experience in structural design and analysis.
- Proven experience on large‑scale transport infrastructure projects (AUD $200m+), including bridges, tunnels and rail.
- Ability to conduct independent technical reviews, value engineering and support construction teams.
Required skills
- Structural analysis and finite‑element software (Midas).
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
- Programming or scripting knowledge for automation.
