Project Coordinator – Part‑time (3 days/week)

About the role

Join Miele's Direct to Customer Projects team in Australia and act as a key liaison between Business Development Managers, builders, developers and internal stakeholders. You will ensure projects move smoothly from order to delivery, providing a high‑quality experience for premium appliance customers.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate project orders from enquiry through to completion, managing order processing, scheduling and delivery.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with builders, developers, site managers and other project stakeholders throughout the lifecycle.
• Support Business Development Managers by handling customer enquiries, maintaining CRM records and coordinating project documentation.
• Liaise with Planning, Finance, Customer Service and Logistics teams to ensure on‑time delivery and meet customer expectations.
• Monitor project progress, provide regular updates and proactively resolve issues that could affect delivery or satisfaction.
• Prepare reports, maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with company policies and commercial processes.

Required profile

• Excellent organisational and time‑management skills with the ability to juggle multiple priorities.
• Strong customer‑service focus and ability to build lasting relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
• High attention to detail and accuracy in handling complex administrative processes.

Required skills

• Intermediate Microsoft Office proficiency.
• Experience using CRM systems.
