Store Manager – Retail Leadership

About the role

Lead a close‑knit team in delivering ALDI’s "good different" shopping experience. You will be fully responsible for day‑to‑day store operations, driving sales, and developing future leaders.

Key responsibilities

• Ensure smooth store operations, maintaining high standards of safety, cleanliness and customer satisfaction.
• Train, coach and conduct performance reviews for team members, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
• Manage inventory, minimise losses and oversee merchandising, including special buys.
• Identify and implement process improvements to boost efficiency and profitability.
• Participate in recruitment and interview candidates alongside the Area Manager.

Required profile

• Proven experience leading teams in a fast‑paced, customer‑facing environment.
• Strong leadership, communication and decision‑making abilities under pressure.
• Goal‑oriented mindset with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
