About the role

Louis Vuitton is hiring a Store Manager for its Crown Melbourne store, located in Melbourne's Southbank precinct within an integrated resort and entertainment destination. The store attracts a constantly changing mix of local, interstate and international visitors as well as high-value clients, and the role offers the chance to lead the store, build lasting client relationships and deliver an exceptional client experience.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute a business strategy that delivers commercial success while elevating the Louis Vuitton client experience.
• Analyse performance trends, identify growth opportunities and implement initiatives that drive sales and strengthen brand presence.
• Build long-term relationships with high-value clients and stay connected to the Melbourne market and visitor profile.
• Lead, inspire and develop a diverse, high-performing team, fostering collaboration and providing ongoing coaching and career development.
• Oversee day-to-day operations in a high-traffic environment and maintain the highest brand standards.
• Manage budgets, stock levels and visual presentation to drive profitability.
• Champion an omnichannel approach so clients experience seamless service across all touchpoints.

Required profile

• Experienced retail leader with a strong track record in driving business performance in luxury or premium retail.
• Demonstrated success leading, developing and motivating high-performing teams.
• Experience building relationships with high-value and international clients.
• Strong business acumen, analytical capability and strategic mindset.
• Exceptional communication and influencing skills, with a positive, adaptable and collaborative approach.
