About the role
Lead a BWS store in Kilda West, creating an energetic, customer‑focused environment while driving sales and managing daily operations.
Key responsibilities
- Inspire, develop and lead the store team to achieve performance targets.
- Maintain a safety‑first, customer‑centric culture and continuously improve processes.
- Oversee inventory, housekeeping and budgeting activities to meet sales goals.
- Uphold responsible service of alcohol guidelines and tailor store presentation for the local community.
Required profile
- Proven experience in fast‑paced retail or hospitality settings.
- Strong people skills, detail‑oriented and motivated to create an engaging atmosphere.
- Collaborative problem‑solver who leads by example and champions diversity and inclusion.
