About the role

This position offers an entrepreneurial opportunity to shape talent acquisition strategies for leading organisations. You will create and grow a dedicated desk, identifying market shifts and hidden hiring needs before they become explicit briefs.

Key responsibilities

• Proactively identify and develop new client relationships, understanding strategic objectives and talent requirements.
• Generate opportunities across permanent recruitment, contract staffing, project services and broader workforce solutions.
• Leverage AI, market intelligence and data‑driven insights to spot buying signals and emerging demand.
• Build a pipeline through strategic outreach and become a trusted advisor to hiring managers, HR leaders and executives.

Required profile

• Degree qualified with proven sales or business development experience.
• Strong commercial instincts, entrepreneurial mindset and confidence engaging senior stakeholders.
• Demonstrated track record of winning new business and cultivating lasting client relationships.
• Resilient, ambitious and curious about AI, technology and the future of work.
