Senior Account Executive – AI SaaS Sales

About the role

We are seeking a high‑performing Senior Account Executive to drive new business growth for an AI‑powered platform that helps ecommerce brands create, test and launch digital advertising across Meta, TikTok and Google. This full‑cycle sales position offers genuine earning potential and the chance to shape the company’s global expansion.

Key responsibilities

• Own the entire sales cycle from discovery and product demos to negotiation and close.
• Win new customers across ecommerce, retail and digital marketing by engaging CMOs, Heads of Growth, Marketing Directors and commercial leaders.
• Run consultative sales conversations focused on customer challenges and measurable ROI.
• Build and manage a healthy pipeline, consistently achieving revenue targets.
• Collaborate with SDR, Marketing, Product and Customer Success teams and contribute to GTM strategy.

Required profile

• Proven experience in B2B SaaS or technology sales, preferably in a high‑growth startup or scale‑up.
• Consistent track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets.
• Strong full‑cycle sales experience, including discovery, demonstrations, negotiation and closing.
• Experience engaging mid‑market customers and senior decision‑makers.
• Ambitious, competitive and motivated by performance and career progression.

Required skills

• Commercial acumen and pipeline ownership.
• Ability to work in a fast‑moving environment where processes evolve.
