Store Manager

About the role

Crown Currency Exchange is seeking a passionate Store Manager to lead its Adelaide location. You will be responsible for delivering 5‑star customer experiences while driving sales and operational excellence.

Key responsibilities

• Inspire, coach and develop a team to provide outstanding service.
• Oversee all store operations, including staffing, inventory, compliance and financial performance.
• Achieve KPIs and sales targets, managing the store’s profit and loss.
• Share travel and currency expertise with customers and staff.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of team‑management experience in retail, banking or hospitality.
• Commercially minded with a proven ability to drive performance.
• Strong problem‑solving attitude and ownership mentality.
• Detail‑oriented and comfortable handling cash in a fast‑paced environment.
• Passionate about customer service; travel interest is a plus.
