Senior Sales Specialist, Territory - ANZ

About the role

Autodesk’s Fusion business is expanding rapidly and seeks a Senior Sales Specialist to drive new‑logo acquisition across the ANZ region. You will own the full sales cycle, from prospecting to closing, targeting high‑potential manufacturing accounts that have limited or no current Fusion usage.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and engage large, high‑potential target accounts, creating new Fusion conversations where Autodesk has limited presence.
• Own the end‑to‑end sales process: prospecting, qualification, discovery, scoping, solution alignment, negotiation, and closing.
• Capture early wins, expand them into broader Fusion opportunities, and build a high‑velocity pipeline with accurate forecasting.
• Conduct on‑site meetings with engineering, manufacturing, and operations teams to build credibility and trust.
• Collaborate with technical sales, partners, product specialists, and marketing to accelerate adoption.

Required profile

• Proven track record in full‑cycle software sales, especially new‑logo or territory expansion roles.
• Strong discovery and value‑selling skills with technical or manufacturing audiences.
• Ability to work independently, identify entry points in complex organizations, and drive deals from start to finish.
• Passion for cloud, AI, digital transformation, and modern manufacturing technology.
